why is the prize complete crap, no one wants missions payout or rob payout both of those are garbage boost that should just be given at level 1 of any ltq cause its not worth a damn thing.
15% missions payout
15% rob payout
5% air def payout for 8k gold wow what a total waste...fix this to make the rewards actually spending the gold on.
most of us in the top 25 can't do 50 wins every war so we dont get to get the wrapper either change these boost to something more interesting, like in the last war 1% alliance def boost would be nice again.

Where does it show what the reward is for completing Battle Capabilities 30/30? Is there any way to know the reward before starting down the path to complete the event?

I "see" one for completing "Costa Rica Carnage"...a 3 day event. I quoted 'see' because I'm Droid and don't actually see anything. My faction mate posted the screenshot showing the boost. I don't see boosts on ANY goal screens.
