Reverting to V4 IOS Help Needed

I seen there was a post explaining how to revert back to v4 and I'm trying to transfer a account and the owner is V4, how do I go back to V4 so I can transfer the account, I'm IOS. Help Needed

First, transferring games is against the TOS, and will result in the offenders account being banned permanently. Second, unless you backed up your device containing it to iTunes, and still have that back up, you can not revert. If you do have it, all you need to do is restore from that back up.
