contest finalists rewards

I was a finalist in both contests but have not received either rewards. Is there a reason? I have submitted tickets but have only received automated responses.

i've just received a gem which they said for being a finalist in the player appreciation month..the problem is i participated in both design contest but only being a finalist of top 10 in the designing armor contest..so i don't know if the 1 gem i got is for participating or being a top 10
