No new fusible epics for January?

I read Blazestone and thought Blazebourne, and I fused it away so long ago, I didn't remember what the second half of the name was.

Checked the stats on Blazestone, my apologies to Mr T still stand. I want a fire/water epic, that's better than Blazestone:D

You can't change that. I had 3 peacocks from chests, once i upgraded them, Gree made it fusable.

same here :mad::rolleyes: pretty pointless to invest in chests, chance is only ~ 1:15 to get an epic from a so-called '8x chance' chest, once you finally get one, it's most likely just outdated garbage - 'epic' garbage that you will be forced to further downgrade to a legendary by fusion.
Players really get punished for chest gambling.

Where do you get a 1 in 15 chance at epic on an 8x chest?? 8 x does not mean 8% it means 8 x the original unknown chance of pulling an epic.

I'm aware of that, but with the 8-x chance, one receives an epic with about every 15-20 chests he opens, at least according to my own experience. The punishment for spending this money though is that most of the time, it's an outdated garbage-epic! So 'epic' is in fact a very relative term in these regards anyway. They say you 'won', but with a devilish, cynical smile in their face.

Now with a 'nice' game company, they would at least let you fuse it with another 'epic' to try your luck for a better one, or even a plus, but with Gree#, fusing this outdated epic will only downgrade it into garbage of even lower value.

That depressing moment when my personal drop-rate is at about 1:105 spread on 3 accounts.

In general guys, Chests are a waste. You should rather join a Top guild to use your Gems (say 1500) to
A. Earn an epic you want, as YOU pick the element
B. Have a guarantee, given you are signed up for the right guild and
C. Enjoy rather than getting a 30 second adrenaline rush and then seeing 40 2*s in your Chest results.

Just as fair as trying for epics from chests is
Just because it's less prominent doesn't mean it disappears
Just means when you open ten chests the chance of getting 9 jewellery is lowered

To be fair, they released four (I think) fusible epics in November and three (again, I think) in December where they've normally release two per month.

Really? I thought they did. I'm on my phone so I'll check later but regardless if it was 4 in October and 3 in November then they might just be taking a break this month. I swore they released in December though

No I was right. Ravage/Peacock/Firestorm and accidentally Guardians in November, Primordial, Sharksteel, and Undead in December. Three each month compared to two per month previously. Makes up for the two not released this month.

I agree, you get so much 3 star rings and amulets from chests.. no change for epics anymore!

I think they can't release new fusible epics because there haven't been many new epics available through chests lately.

So they're kinda running out of epics that could be made fusible after at least some weeks (lol!) have passed since their release. Otherwise more people would start to think about whether it isn't stupid to buy chests.
