As for me...

* I love hack'em-slash fighter games, without realistic gore
* I love allusions to ancient history, cultures, and literature
* I love reveal maps
* I love bad guys that must be defeated
* I love humor/camp
* I love bright colors
* I love gaming communities, arranged on forums, in-game, or both
* I love a variety of weapons, not limited just to a sword
* I love one-on-one battles against other players
* I love awards, rewards, prizes, etc
* I love hanging out with my gaming buddies on Line, trying to kill a Boss on a deadline ;)

This is why I'm here. Why are you here? What do you love about KnD?

I like whacking monsters and other Knights. I love the thrill of a t10 run. And mostly, I love having made great friends through my guild and alliance. Thanks for this positive thread.

I never thought for a second when I downloaded this game that I would become so involved in this whole hidden world that I never knew existed :O But the alliance is amazing and great to be a part of. Love it when we have wars like Harlequin where it is actually nail-biting and goes down to the last minute of the last battle and all alliance guilds pushing end up in T10 at the end is a real buzz.

So many good people from all corners of the world across all alliances is what keeps me playing really. And an addiction to epic+ lol

I like the new content too and although I generally dislike raids I like the milestones and the personal player setup (where you can see top scorers and such - it gives you something else to aim for during war). I wish they would apply same to guild wars too.

Crafting and enhancing new armors (especially the Heroic +), and used to be level grinding, until I reached 101 with no stat increase :(

^^^Keep leveling to unlock more armor slots. The slots max out at 170 armors.

I'm almost at Lv 500, thanks to Heroic mode. I was already above the level to have 170 armor slots when they implemented it.

Can I just say for the nth time that I actually love raid? ;) Not the grinding (I have ideas on how to make that less mind-numbingly dull), but the endless stream of prizes; I always upgrade 1-3 armors even when not pushing...

I do agree. Raids rewards are awesome! Id love some random element bosses but the milestones make me wanna keep going ^^

I love getting excited about a new epic boss and everyone in my guild guessing the elements before it's released.
I love getting psyched up for a big push with my guild with gems waiting to be burned.
I love the last couple hours of raid/war where every point counts and the adrenaline is flowing.
I love celebrating pulling out a big win with my guildmates, especially when it's a come from behind win!
I love a good revenge win over a guild that has beat us during a war.... Those are sweet.
I love the competition of matching up against the best in the game, even when we lose its fun to try!
I love all the great people I've met from all over through my guild and alliance and the forums.
I love taking a gamble on chests (occasionally) even though they mostly don't love me.
Finally, I love meeting people new to the game and offering them thr tips and tricks I've learned that I wish someone had told me.
I love it even more when those same players run with my limited wisdom and start teaching me new things.

Last but not least I love holiday sales..... I really really love holiday sales. Lol...

P.s. Great thread rookeye. So much negative lately it's nice to focus on the positive.

My guild and I are loving the raids. We think the raid is a great opportunity to get in some extra bonuses without worrying about the enemy squeaking in a victory at the last minute. We can play when we want and at our pace, and grab some NICE bonuses.

I also love the armor enhancement and the new ring/amulet addition. It's a smart game that isn't just about whacking an enemy mindlessly.
