Recycle special units - need to recover

The recycle function should not allow for the recycling of special units that give a boost or energy regen. Please put a feature in to protect from this.

Also, can you help me to restore a unit that I recycled while sick with the flu? It was a very low att/def unit but it had +2 energy regen. Please help - filed a ticket and of course got no help with that.

Yeah, kind of old and dusty...and a colossal mistake in making that decision.

To recycle a unit you didn't mean to takes talent considering it's not a one tap function. You go through 3 clicks before you finally dump the unit.

Well, that would be true if there were no lags.

If you have to wait for green recycle sign ♻ 20-30 seconds each time then it is easy to tap accidentally wrong unit and forget to check it later.

In fact unit recycling is one of most time consuming operations in the game now. Apparently there is some wrong solution in the algorithm they put into it: delays are growing up quickly when you start to recycle units far from beginning of the list.

If you think that's time consuming, you should try building Level 15 walls for the next war.

I can sympathize as I stupidly did the same thing and recycled the Covert Jet Fighter (+2) while blindly tap tap tapping low level units to recycle thinking the 'no army' option would protect me from having any boost units included. Only persistence and documentation got the unit restored. Screen shots of all my boost units (updated regularly) was the key. I provided screen shots showing that unit in my boost unit inventory last month and my overall boost list (permanent) showing my previous energy regen. Then screen shots of the reduced energy regen, and that unit missing from both an alphabetical sort and boost unit list were critical.

Getting past the first level of person who answers these types of tickets is the biggest hurdle. Multiple canned answers about temp boost units were immediately thrown back proving this was not a temp unit as it was received about May 2013 well before the temp units started being used in MW. The last email exchange from this first level person even asked me to give them the name of the unit! Really? Like it wasn't in every single reply since the start? Only after my ticket was elevated to a 'specialist' did I receive a thoughtful, accurate and concise reply to my problem and action.

Many thanks to the 'specialist' who worked on my issue. I would name him by name if it didn't violate the TOS, but I will say that the follow-up 'rate the service you received' survey accurately described the problems with the first level of service and the outstanding service at the next level.

2- did pay attention yet system super lags............makes it so easy to recycle wrong units, sell buildings ........why? because after you tap, and you wait 20 seconds, they you see nothing has change, then you think you did not properly tap the first time and then you tap again, and TADAAH, system lags stops and you get 2 taps process at the same time and PUFF, there goes your building, unit.....etc

Guys really - it is not that hard to do. When is someone looking for boosts to be contained in the smaller level units - it never happens anymore. Not to mention how mindnumbing it is anyway recycling units on top of recovering from the flu. I probably shouldn't have done it at that time but it was also the only down time I had during the holidays.

My goal for this post was twofold:
1. Wanted a dev to respond and hopefully have mercy to restore the unit (I did not have screenshots of the unit like the person above)
2. Do not allow boost units to be recycled at all - this should have been the case from the very beginning which is why I go back to #1 above

You will have better luck howling at the moon to get Gree to restore your "accidentally" recycled units, especially the very rare +2 energy unit.

I knew this was going to be a probably with this feature.i have almost done the same thing several times,check,check& triple check before you recycle.

Can I get a list of all the energy and health regen units? I had them all and accidentally recycled them as well. I need those all returned to my inventory.
