Who do I contact to input data for the doc? I have just combined one 4 star that has no stats on the sheet. I can level it once to see the gain per level, if they always stay constant. (Which if I am reading the doc right, it appears they do.

Dont bother with 4* armors nobody uses em anymore. Theyre nothing more than fusion fodder to get epics.

And yes, the stat increase stays the same for each level.
