It was supposed to be clock tower, someone messed up and released it early.
Notice upgrade times on clock tower, same as ltb, I believe this would be the only non-ltb with ltb upgrade times.
Also notice you can only get two, not 50.

You are mistaken.
The Limited Time Building upgrades go as high as 78 hours for a level 10 upgrade.
The level seven to eight upgrade is taking me close to 120 hours.
My one level eight will be done in exactly 58 hours and 46 minutes from now.
The other will be done in 108 hours and 52 minutes.

As far as your claim about this being a,
