When did Modern War release the factions enhancement? 3 years ago?

Some of my faction members have been trying to determine how long we have been playing together. A few of us have been together since Modern War introduced factions, but none of us can figure out how long ago that was.

Does anyone know the date for the release of the ability to have factions?

January 2013 I believe? Brazil was the first WD, and that was Jan or Feb 2013.

That's about what I recall. Iirc, Brazil, then Canada and Egypt, may flip/flop those.

The Factions rosters actually started forming up HERE on the forums in October of 2012 when MW 3.0 was announced and some Beta Testers told us that the teams would be limited to 10-20 people.

I think the actual Data Push or Upgrade to 3.0 actually came out in early December of 2012 where you could actually Create Factions and join up a team with the first WD Event in Brazil coming at the tail end of January 2013 :-)
