Small Units showing as "In Army"

My Attack is around 40B, but when I was recycling some units this morning (over a Starbucks), I had the "Include Army" units showing and bizarrely, units with 50 attack were showing as being "In Army", lot's of them

Surely this can't be right?

Anyone else seeing this?

Yes I see it too... (but not at starbucks...)

yep.. they are showing for me too.. i recycle them nevertheless.. can't care for the paltry figures when the stats have been inflated so much beyond..
