As for your questions, no thread about new NPCs yet. And I believe (I May be wrong) that your kingpin attack and the attack from the accomplices in your mafia are weighed the same in fights. So if you have awesome mafia attack and awesome kingpin attack, you can have a real weak accomplice attack and still win.
