Gold Purchase Not Giving Me My Gold

Hello All,

I purchased gold and my gold was given to me...all of a sudden my game crashed and upon reentering the game, I had no gold at all. Not even the gold I had previously to that purchase. I did send a ticket and forced closed the game several times as well as restarting/soft restarting my device. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am on an iPhone 6 Plus with the latest MW update.

Or you can read the forum, this is the 3rd thread in about a week regarding this problem. The solution was given again in here less than 2 hours before you commented

Not a totally fair comment as this situation is different from the others, in that beyond not receiving what he purchased, all other gold vanished, and therefore may not be related.

I had the same thing happen and got no help from Gree, so.being impatient and wanting the old building I decided to try and buy more and a message popped up saying you have already purchased this item and the gold appeared only charging me once.
