had Dinner with Family & Syndicate Goal is now up - however it was definitely not up for over 35 minutes on Fourth & Final Day of EB, with Syndicate needing to complete Goal on all 4 days, with No Bonus Days...

at least it's started now!

Winnson is right actually. The EB started at 13:00. So the fourth day started at 13:00 as well and it will end at 13:00 tomorrow. Or at least that's what you'd think.
For some reason GREE wants an hour of nothing between the EB and the SA.

SA will start at 1100pt/1400et as usual/expected. Gree mucked with the epic boss goals, yes. However, given the number of "mini" and low level accounts that can defeat any number of level 100 bosses, limited only by the time required to do so, losing an hour from the goal is insignificant.

Not that it really makes a difference, but I highly doubt that. Even if you were actually born in 1969, you deliberately chose that username for the double-entendre.
