I'm not sure is this has been mentioned before, but there needs to be a confirmation of reset timer on case events. Its taken 15 gold 3 times now as I have accidentally touched it.

Faction has just been screwed again. Got lvl 10 war points by a good 20 mil but didn't get it awarded. Second time it's happened in this war alone! Why are wins and scores not registering?

I am getting an error message saying "cannot reach server. Please check your internet connection and try again" when I try to buy advance typhoon. Why can't I get my advance typhoon?!?!? Fix your mess GREE!

The advance typhoon isn't in my army and it should be. Thru recycle I used filter attack army and sorted lowest to highest My lowest unit is advance assault ship the advance typhoon should show in my army as it has higher stats. This is not a display glitch because when I buy the plane it doesn't move my stats at all. There are other units with higher stats that are also not listed as in my army and I always assumed that is was a display glitch but now I know that's not the case. You might want to look into why the top 3000 units in people's armys isn't the top 3000 units in their inventory.

haven't been able to get more than 150 characters to any wall for 5 or 6 months now. most of my faction has the same problem.

Not a big problem but anyway...

If you tap Menu/Store/Expansion with no landexpansions left to buy the game waits for you to tap outside your border which you cant... Only way is to restart the app.

As I said, no biggy but still it happens sometimes....

Same problem very annoying you can't post a serious msg. Makes coping info to MW chat users very problematic. Leaving MW and using a chat app is a must

Epic boss daily goal timers are late by an hour on day two and probably going to be the same today. Fix it by tomorrow!. That what professionals would do

For some reason, I can no longer travel to, or raid other bases. I also can't seem to sell certain items on my base. It seems like all kinds of little issues are popping up and are making this game almost unplayable.

Not yet confirmed as an issue, but it seems the support system has a bug with not delivering emails regarding tickets.

I just got a "How would you rate the support you received?" message without receiving an answer to my question, but i see in my invetory that it has been fixed...

Any update please? Seven Months is way too long for a fix.
Just in case you missed it, all of the Community Managers were fired a few days ago, along with a ton of their coworkers. We won't be hearing anything from anyone at GREE anytime soon, if ever.

Not having all the indi goal pop-ups is a big improvement.

Also the lag time is down. I've noticed my deploys are being added to the node I'm hitting approx 5 seconds before they are actually depleted from the "deploys pending" counter.

There's still a lag, but nowhere near as bad as it was.

I fought one battle this FL on an iPhone 4s with minimal space. With the reward pop ups it took me just under 3 minutes to drop all 250. It really is strange how all over the place the lag is.

Anyone having issues logging in? All it says is cannot connect to server on my phone, iOS 8.4 (was working fine 5 hours ago), have deleted and reinstalled several times but same thing. Other gree games work and it's still working on other iOS devices but only problem is that they are not as portable!

After numerous tickets happening on 4 different accounts on iOS...hitting targets with green arrow doing LTQ missions there is always that little ghost target from another map that follows them around and you end up hitting by mistake because they should not be there in the first place and BAM energy gone on a NpC's not even on that map...reply from gree was which map?? My reply all of them...if anyone over there at gree actually play this game go on a map and tap around in empty places and see if you can get these ghost targets to appear.once you do on iOS do not know if this happens on droid...hit the f..er and watch your energy disappear...with all this tapping you lose a **** load of energy on these ghost targets from other maps during an LTQ..please someone at gree look into this it is a real pain in the ass and very frustrating when doing LTQ...thank you

yes most maps have invisible targets and maps like sus village...docks..high m vill and so flipping annoying as everything is a flpping target hit bottom left and top right gets hit.

Desalination plant cant be upgraded beyond lv10 as all the other cashbuildings...

Not a big problem but a glitch I noticed...

I didn't read every post here so sorry if this is a rerun as this issue is several months old and ongoing. Most of the new units that are in the store refuse to be acquired when a purchase is attempted. It makes no difference whether they cost game cash or valor stars. All I can do is window shopping. Please make it so that they come into my inventory when I try to buy them.

Matchups were much better this time.
We were able to coordinated with other factions and get lots of Legendary matchups.

Don't think it was titled as such, but it became coined with the term FvF (Faction vs Faction) .. and I think it would have be labeled as such in the globe .. e.g. FvF: Napoleonic Tournament

and you also had personal goals. e.g. again from the Napoleonic Tournament -
1/14 - defeat 10 rivals - Advanced Strike Fighter, air, 106/88
...
14/14 - defeat 2000 rivals - Red Wing Fighter, air, 4173/3611

It was a PvP event. Problem was that players sold off the buildings required to complete the various stages or left them dead so other players got screwed and could not advance. Might have seemed like a great idea at the time but it was easy to neutralize advancing players.

Oh right that one, yes it wasn't bad.

Wonder why we just don't have 24/7/365 WD or FvF and instead of weekly prizes just have goals much like what I think you are talking about but that the faction works as a team per WD. That might get me interested again....

I'm thinking of the one where it wasn't about hitting other players buildings as I hated that one. It was a faction event where the faction got points by attacking or raiding for BP. The more stamina you had the better you did.

Feels like this thread has died.. Certainly haven't seen an admin response for quite a while regarding the issues being raised.. Maybe it should be moved away to de-clutter the sticky threads (unless there are future plans to make use of it)

I have always said I would keep it up to date if it would be used. However Gree has ignored the entire thing. If they would respond I would keep it up to date. Other than that if the most useful approach is to keep posting in it then thats fine. If its to let it die then thats fine too. If theres anything else I can do I will that would have utility, but if gree doesn't care theres not much point as far as I see it.

OHOI GREE. WE HAVE ANDROID PLAYERS LOCKED OUT. I started a group in group me. We have 130 members all locked out and no way get back on game. Only response gree gives us is their regular answers. ARE YOU SERIOUSLY GOING TO DO NOTHING TO HELP US??. Your servers shows we are logged in but everybodys game frozes on loading picture. I have been locked out of my game since 11/23/2015. I am leader of a faction and this is severely hurting us. Only IOS can view my profile. Android's only get a swirling circle. I send a email daily to Gree but have only received initial automated response.. I have uninstalled/reinstalled, cleared memory, even tried on a new tablet. I can start a new profile but can't access my main account.

Nothing as serious as being locked out but I sent a ticket in a week ago about not receiving gold from being promoted. I was told the gold was already in my account. I never received it. If they can't fix a simple issue like that can we trust them to fix anything?

When is the unfair advantage for android players going to be stopped? If iOS players cannot use the videos for earning gold then android players should suffer the same or iOS players need to be awarded gold the even things up.

Not sure you folks experience these bugs:
(1) EPIC ENEMY - when you touch free hit, both $$$ and gold disappear simultaneously. However the effect on the enemy is minimal from free hit. The game ""eats" gold during Epic Enemy events.
(2) The energy counter lags so much that either gold or energy packs are "eaten up" when you do LTQ or counter goes "bonky".
(3) the energy regen from units under inventory has not been correctly calculated.

I find that the less I play the less problems I run into. Gree won't fix a dang thing, they know about the issues and purposely ignore them because there still must be enough spending gold.

Is this thread still going? I can't find any info on the ranking reset issue. I put ticket into gree, mecca, months ago. After several generic emails off them they said all sorted and would reinstate my rank. I got 7 accounts affected. Some were done others were not. Now I'm back to all accounts private ranking and unable to buy any units- - another email Into gree. I wait for anther lodd of BS off them!
