Hey does anyone who watch video offers not get any gems?
I watch like 4-5 and I didn't get any gems

Sometimes it displays a lengthy video of 30+ seconds for me ... just do give me NOPE at the end. Unchanged since months. What a BS.

what really makes me mad is a 3+ min video is 1 gem where a 15 second video is 1 gem shouldn't 2+ mins be more than 1 gem?

It says at the end of the video you earned 1 gem and I don't get anything.

Tell me, when you don't get a gem for the video, does it say tapjoy at the bottom left?

I always get my gems, every other video.

etc.

Never goes wrong on my device. In rare occasions the app crashes and then you get nothing for the specific video, but if it was the 2nd video, I still get the first on starting the game.

Yes on iOS, it seems to give gems every 2 vids, on android, it is every video. For the videos you don't get gems on, does it say TAPJOY anywhere at the bottom?

It seems like there are 3 videos that i never get gems for. The Subaru Legacy, Happy Honda Days(with Stretch Armstrong), and the ESPN video with Santa. None of those videos ever give me gems and I have watched them hundreds of times. Whenever one of them shows up i getting the same video over and over get no gems at all. I tried watching the Honda one 15 times in a row and never got a single gem Is there a way to get this fixed?

Funny. Those are the only offers I GET gems for.... Android or iOS?

Videos = Gems about 80% of the time in UK, I've found.
On flip side, with background data turned off, I often get "This video cannot be shown" message, BUT still gives me a Gem anyway ! ;-)

it seems that if its a tapjoy video it wont pay out so look for the company doing the video to see if you get payed.

gree really needs to fix the issue with tapjoy.

APPLE BANNED Tapjoy back in April and Tapjoy has been looking for loopholes ever since, with success some of the time. Apple no likee Tapjoy. :(

P.s. I'm IOS, I get paid 1 gem per video, but the payout is every other video. On the REALLY long ones, it still pays out but I'll get an error message when I click off saying I'm forfeiting my gem if I leave that screen. Weird.

So I'll admit, I was able to view more than usual videos yesterday, but when I woke up this morning, the offer button for videos was GONE. The update has been out for a while now so I don't think it was that. I read somewhere that someone was told by GREE that they used up their allotment? Is this a real thing? This has happened to me few times, Gree has answered to me that I have exceeds my limits.

My button has been gone for 3 months... not sure why. About 3 weeks ago there was one day where a lot of people who had their buttons missing get them returned. However for some reason, 3 months later I still don't have one.

There are two tapjoy videos that constantly come up that never pay out. Since they don't payout, I constantly see them and can't get to other videos. One is for Gods Rush (30 second video) and the other is for Game of War (30 second video with the guys looking into the bowl).

Is there anyway to remove them from the circulation Gree?

Dnt worry you get monitored for a bit and then everything God back to normal I have had it half way thru a war I was gettin 40-60 a day and it helped lol

That's more than I ever have gotten. I had been seeing it disappear if I do 10 in a row. Now I can't get outta from around tapjoy. I hardly even bother to attempt them now.

surveys appear to be scams, you fill out tons of information and then they say...you don't qualify but I guarantee they use the information I entered.

When i try to do the actions to get free gems i dont get any. For the smaller 3+ free gems actions i get them but not for the larger ones, 20+. It is wrong to get people to pay or give details to recieve lots of gems when none come at all. Also there is no communication from the so called "Support" emails. PLEASE respond and help. I have other small game play concerns but a waste to list them if you dont respond. Otherwise it is a great addictive game. It should be called NON-SUPPORT. Now the sever keeps failing. I lose boss and arena points because it will disconnect from the server during a battle. GREE get your bloody but into gear

Videos are either a hit or a miss for me but mostly a miss. Sometimes they work just fine but most of the time I can watch 5 videos and only have a 1 gem payout

You should not watch them then. If you watch them (some of them really long, up to 30 seconds of your lifetime) without any reward, what's the point for the company even fixing this?

Sorry Gree, but this bug is there for how long now, 6 months? And still unfixed? You should better disable this option then until it's fixed and not misguide anyone any longer to believe there are really 'free gems' to be earned.

So 3 months later. I have still yet to get my video button back, or the gems I lost. After 4-5 tickets involving both, I was compensated 30 energy, which is about 1/20th of the actual amount I am owed. I've already given up on getting my gems, but I am baffled as to why my button is still gone. "Your account was flagged due to suspicious activity."

Well what suspicious activity? When I ask, I get no response. There is NO suspicious activity, just a cop out answer. Others who receive 100+ videos a day have their buttons taken and replaced within a week, sometimes same day. I have heard from 1-2 other ppl whose buttons have been gone for as long as mine, all with the same responses from Gree, and no detail is included. As someone who purchases more than their fair share... I'd like to get my small amount of freebies again. What in the world do I need to do to make this happen?

Oh there are still plenty of people who get their 20-30 gems per day from vids, and another smaller portion who get 100+ daily, none of which ever lose their button.

Do we know why the difference in vid amounts? I can only account for my own video watching. The most I ever got in one day was 70, the lowest seems to be 8, the midrange is about 30, and I live in the American South. Does that help? (I.e., do others get more/less dependent on what countries/areas they live in?). Just thinking out loud...
