Cannot connect to server

Anyone had this issue? iPad is connected to the internet, but game won't load.

Other internet apps and surfing is fine on iPad, as is iPhone with CC account. Can get to account via iPhone as I linked it.

Been like this for a couple of hours. How do I sort this? Done all sorts from resetting device to clearing all network settings and putting them back.

Maybe their servers are in North Korea.

problems like these normaly fix in about a month or 2 . i use to contact gree about it and they tried to say it was my internet connection that was the problem and yet it was the only app i had problems with.
