Whats going on GREE?

At war, it immediatly says both walls and both DLs are down. No one has points. No one can hit. And the game won't let me build a wall.

Also, for an android user in my faction after awhile of waiting for a hit to compute a pop up says "WAR HAS ENDED"

Maybe it has to do with your faction's maxed out bonuses that were bought with glitched "tank cash". It's called Karma.
