Black Sea Tower?

Is this a new LE building being released? I've never seen that one before, and it certainly isn't one of the old ones being re-released. It looks like something out of KA.

For anyone that needs to know, it gets constructed on half land and half sea.

It is the new LE event called SEA SENTINEL....check your goals, you have 24 days to finish it

Nobody is..........LE usually comes the Tuesday after WD ends, this is a first......hmmmmmmmmm, wonders if it was release by error............or becuase gree offices willbe close for the week of xmas

It's probably being released now since we have the option to buy the old LE's back. Now those who are buying the old buildings have to "fit in" the Sea Tower. It also helps those who can't afford the gold buildings. Sucks that every building takes 24 hours to build...

Im on an Android and currently cannot see what the upgrading will do for me. MIssion Plan:Sea Sentinel tells me to collect keys and my reward will be "Tower Boost". Doesn't show prize. Just those words. Same with Sea Sentinel 1/10. Doesn't show prize...so I don't know what I get as I upgrade....anyone have any other info than this?
