Order Some Material...

Any idea how this quest works because whenever I click "visit" it takes me nowhere and I don't see anywhere to "Order" anything in the crafting workshop.

you need to craft material available for gems

It is under the materials page in the crafting building, maybe you need to upgrade your building? Mine is level 5 and I can see the option to "order" basic materials for gems.

Got all of my accounts to level 5 Crafting Workshops, just didn't see anything there saying "ORDER". I saw the materials there that you could buy for gems but I ain't wasting what little free gems I got on buying materials. So, this is a GEM quest in more ways than one. (a fool and his money are soon parted!) ;)
