LTQs are PvE, and if the schedule has not changed recently there is an LTQ coming up that lasts a full week.

7 day LTQ is not a normal LTQ. It's based on your strength

So energy has a purpose for winning fights. I'm sure this carries over to winning fights in battle for empire city end of cycle event? If it does hitting min ips will be challenging considering everyone's targets are now extremely different.
