Pretty sure the top teams are quite alright with the new update. Seems that it essentially negates all of the attack heavy mods that gree has handed out for the last year or so that allowed anyone to be robbed and attacked.

No, I love this update. I love not being able to connect to the server since it went up. I also the Grees quick response to my emails. They are great. The other day the trash company forgot to pick my garbage up, I called them and told them and with in one hour they came and got it. I pay my trash company about 40 usd a month. I wish Gree was more like my trash company..

Ditto, mate. The new updates are mostly fine with me also. Adjust with the times people. I'm back to handing out beat downs as well. My IPH is high enough, so that I don't have to spend time robbing anyway. Happy gaming mate.

A player I exchanged losses with yesterday suggested that the problem might Android/iOS related - ie, that until the 'droid update comes online iOS players won't be able to beat them and vice versa. I did suffer a fight loss overnight and could return the favour against another iOS player so it seems feasible.

If the droid players are still not up to date by the next war things could get very weird!

I agree with the majority of the issues you have stated except for the part in which you think defense buildings will play a major role in the new release. I seriously doubt that will happen.

They are henchmen, most people have at least 100 of those assigned by now which is the reason most people are losing so many attacks and robs.

The best aspect of this game imo was the ability to rob folks hoods when they were napping on their pickup times...just lost rob after on some of my best targets. With over 60m iph i dont need the money really but passing the time visiting other hoods, checking out their hood art and then robbing them seems to have past... good times those were...

No oracle what you have done is essentially killed a portion of the game that a contingent of your customers enjoy. By pandering to some you have alienated others. Time will tell if it was the proper business decision or not. Unless the rival list opens up to include all level 250s I think you will be seeing many more inactive high level accounts. Can't speak if the rival list is the same for lower levels but my list is predominantly made up of accounts with over a billion attack that I can't touch.

I`m level 172 with low stats (6m atk/def) I just picked 5 people at random from my list and there was only one player with stats higher at around 8m atk/def all the rest I could have robbed . I can`t see any change in the list from my point of view at least .

Well then more penalties for the 250s. Out of the 10 accounts I just visited I couldn't touch one.

Gree did an exceptionally poor job in providing detail on the accomplices and how much they impact the game. So I have a kingpin with 1 attack and 1 defense. Is that really 1 attack as we have known or does the kingpin 1 attack equate to 1 million of "old" attack or something else? The lack of details is what has left a lot of us confused and bent out of shape. That and this update mirrors the disaster Gree foisted upon Modern War players and has yet to fix. How about some beta testing? DOH!!! If the other update was so bad, why not hold off on this one until you get the bugs worked out instead of giving us some bug riddled piece of crap?

I have the lowest defense on my rivals list. Couldn't find a single person with lower stats. I guess wars will be cancelled, since nobody can attack nobody.

I looked around and I didn't see any buttons, icons, or explanations for this "kingpin" thing so I just ignored it and went on ignoring PVP entirely. Aside from a hit ever half hour or so one weekend a month, who needs PVP anyway?

Actually, after asking about it, I'm pretty sure I don't have a "team equip" tab in my profile page anyway. Not sure if that's a bug or not. Don't really care.

I have not had any problems with the new update other than when clicking the raid boss button, it only works one way in landscape mode.

I have done something wrong with linking accounts and would love a tutorial or faq on how to manage accounts. Being able to use bith of my games on 1 device will be soooo awesome but I am afraid of losing one by doing it wrong. Anyone know how to link 2 game saves to 1 google play account so they can switch?

I've conceded that point before. But this is in fact, the most drastic change to the game since being taken over by gree. This update singlehanded undermines player's efforts and purchases for the last two years. Thi only thing unchanged in the game is iPh.

Players are essentially starting over. With their previous stats accounting for maybe 1/4 of their relevant stats. Sure, you still have your old att/def score on your profile, but what good is it if its not relevant? Engram all but conceded this when he said gree had to do something to battle stat inflation and help future proof the game.

As I've said several times in the past, games like this need to be able to recruit new players. If there's a insurmountable distance between a new player and the established leaders, why bother? There are two solutions: stat inflation or attrition.

That's what you said about the new rival's list. That statement is full of Crap; tell us why these changes are really implemented.

The game went from a quasi multi player game to a full blown team multiplayer game that is a huge fundamental change IMHO. Plus this change is awesome for me and those like me as I should now be left mainly alone to do what I like which is build my city which I only recently got to start back up since I got my new tablet.

No one is going to have any idea of who to hit, scouting and posting targets on a chat app wil be useless since just because one player can beat a certain target does not mean anyone else will be able to predict if they will also be able to.
