With Santa being the next Raid Boss, and WD and the end of the current cycle ending on Christmas Eve, will the next Raid Boss be starting on Christmas or Christmas Eve?

Just need to plan out my faction's attack plan to beat him for more presents or to beat him for the presents I did not get.
