wandering NPc's

getting really issue with random NPC's appearing on maps when i tap on one it highlights another from different map? just had 'Sweaty Otaku' on Trafficer Base............he should be on 'Capital Prefecture' (thank god for LarryJ)

I had reported this problem like 6 weeks ago and GREE closed my case 2 weeks ago without a fix or respond.

I have reported this also without any response.
I wonder if this is adding to the high data usage many are seeing?
