Hi I'm on Iphone 5 and try to pm people on this forum looking for a syndicate but can't figure it out. Is it possible ?

If you click on their name to the left of their post, you should have the option to 'view profile,' 'private message,' etc.

Yes, you can PM a member by clicking their name and pressing "private message," or you can look at the upper right hand corner and press "settings". From there, you can simply press "send new message" and type the user(s) name in for whoever you need to message. This is also another way to find your messages by looking in the "inbox," located in the same area.

Clicking on there profile doesn't give me the option to pm them on my iphone on a computer it does. As for sending a message if I put in recipient as 1shot with no extra details in the name it will go directly to you ?
