I lost my account before the 5.0 update due to doing a software repare on my phone, put my ticket in on the 11th Dec, only just got a reply telling me the developers are aware of accounts being lost and are working on a fix loooooool so they didn't even read my ticket they must of just seen the word restore written on it and copy pasted that crap, the ticket numbers are 2119299 and 2111340 I think I will do one more ticket and then that's it for me, I think nearly 3 years playing the same game is just stupid anyway, also the reason I'll be putting in a new ticket is the original ticket still has no reply but the one I put in today they replied in less 5 hours???
