I don't think first matters any longer, if it ever did.
What might be far more probative is who will be the last?
Continuing along that line of inquiry, when will the last be known to us?
Will it be by the end of the year, sometime in Jaunary, or nearer the end of Q1, 2015?

I'll go out on a limb, again, giving the entire fiasco until the end of Q1, 2015.

Dude, I stopped playing this game two years ago.

JMC beat me by one day but I am much older than you according to ticket data but thought I actually started on the 8th. Whichever it is it was the day after MW was first released in Canada and before the US and rest of the world.
