Documents and data. Still too high

Im on iphone 4s. Mw documents and data is 4.1. Gb. I use a cache cleaner it dropoed to 3.6gb. But its gaining everytime i log into game
My iphone is only 12gb of space

Do i delete app and reinstall

Do i lose my game progress if i do ?

i-OS 8.1.2 (latest) + Modern war 5.0 (latest)

2 x bugs related to ''maps''
1/ targets do not show anymore , which makes it very difficult to finish maps
2/ skill points (when finishing maps level 5) are credited on profile but can notbe used (level 300 account)

I delete & reinstall the game everytime if the docs and data gets to big. it works and you did not lose your game progress.
