I don't have low IPH hoods and rarely raid others except in revenge. But as the game is called Crime City not Sim City I have no issues with others attacking me

No, by any mean this is not Sim City but most treat it and play it like it is. I think Gree should come encourage hood economics more to players. Event tiered rewards for a certain level of IPH would be a great edition.

You make no sense, the entire point of the newsfeed is to be able to get revenge on someone who attacked you ,or robbed you. Now that's out the window because the newsfeed is constantly empty thus leaving you vulnerable to ghost attacks where you are unable to payback the person who dared to rob/atk you.

If you have a high iph and is dumb enough to constantly atk someone who has a higher attack than your defense and low iph then you then deserve what's coming your way.

Ditto. Collect your hood on time or with-in 5 minutes after the scheduled time and issue is solved. No building up, means nothing to rob for them. Easy enough or spend more to get a higher defense, well even then with the many attack mods given out by GREE, it's just a never ending cycle of useless stats, with no end in sight. Oh well, happy gaming mate.

It doesn't matter who the repeat offender might be, it's a common and understandable issue people take with the design of the game. Of course it isn't anyone's fault that they see many of the same names on the rivals list repeatedly. Yes it is someone's fault if they always have something for you to rob when you see them. When you, or any other notorious hood stalker, get people losing it on you for your repeated visits though, you always seem to take it personally. Whether you take offence or feel victorious is irrelevant because the issue actually has nothing to do with you. The "victims" are simply upset there is nothing they can do to prevent or retaliate against having the same person visit them repeatedly. And in fairness towards those "stalker" types, those who lose it often have no idea they should be mad at the game and not at whoever is stalking them.

I get robbed often enough. Doesn't bother me in the least and actually I chalk it up to my error if I can't collect in time.
I don't take any aspect of this game personally. I just don't see the point of participating in a crime based game then complaining that a fictitious crime has occurred. That being said..... Some people take their iph and this game way to seriously and have left horrendous comments on my wall. Everything from wishing I would die in a plane crash to claiming much worse things. Delete and block and move on from those types. Everyone else that posts on my wall garners a good laugh and a guaranteed return visit.

Implying there's only one type of criminal, nor this is a game about gangs, street crimes, ect...

Sure hope this is a bug otherwise gree has just killed off the rivalry that existed in CC.

the flaw is when you get attacked by people at different levels than you with no real income. There are no repercussions for them. My camper is an iph exersize, levl 40, with 20 mil income, and I get robbed by people from level 35 to 46 by people with no income. There is something wrong with the match ups when there is no fear if retaliation. If iph was more of a factor, their would be more thought and strategy in attacks, and IMO, this would be a much better game.

I no longer play my camper account.

I hope this continues. It gets campers to be a part of the PVP. This with conjunction of the use of upwards of three points to hit a LTB still makes us use strategy. I see many more buildings already hit because this will make many more people active in this part of the game.

Sure their are repercussions max. They have to be on the game nonstop to get the same rewards you get for minimal activity. With a 20 mill iph you can only collect and still afford ltbs and be active in SA. The person with zero iph has to be constantly active to obtain the same stat boost that you get.
That being said I really don't think the person that is active with a lower iph is doing anything wrong, just participating in the game differently.

I actually like the news not working go in see robbed buildings collect much better than seeing who robbed you, last 2 days I used the most stamina I have ever robbed everything I found and usually never rob

Somewhere between 70 and 100 mil if I remember right. I am the same now even if all buildings get robbed I collect over 300 mil so it no longer matters
