Heroic mode messed up?

Hello.

I am trying to do the Heroic mode on Kingdom of Darkness, and am having issues.

I usually get about 3 crystals a day, sometimes 4.
I got 3, 3 days ago.

BUT, now I am not getting any whatsoever.
2 days of playing, and not a single shard.

This coinsides with the patch that was downloaded 2 days ago.
:(

Any help appreciated, users, devs, whatever.

I've been getting shards at regular pace over the last week on my alt account. I'm not seeing any problem with that on ios.

I'm assuming it's just the luck factor that is playing with you.

Well, it forced an update from the app store this morning (as in, KnD popped up a message that my version was too old (even though it is on auto-update), and had a link to the app store, where I updated the game).

This 'may' have had an impact on the situation, or it may not have.
I am just glad that I got the + version of the armor.

Dont feel bad man. I probably have one of the worst shard drop % in the game lol
