How do I go about factory resetting my android device without losing my account, on ios it sticks with you forever is android the same or???

I think if you reset you will loose it try backing it up or just delete the game and reinstall it fixes SME stuff but they should have new version soon should fix all the issues

If you have another device, it's best to transfer to that device, reset device, then transfer back.

If not, I do believe Google Play works the same as Apple and retains your game information. But I'm not certain of this.
