cant transfer droid to iphone

i still have access to my droid and i did everything that the game says to transfer with my game and it says error cant transfer game for now try later. a few days ago i sent in a ticket and i havent gotten any response. im hopong posting on here might expidate the process. my droid battery is shot and i have very minimal access to it now.

anything else i should do?

Only thing you can do is ask gree to transfer. I have done it several times and had account transfered in 2 days.

immediately after i posted this thread i got a response, apparently the way i tried to transfer is the only way while they optimize accounts for 5.0 aww

Only way currently is to write a ticket.

I just did a transfer from Android to iOS. It over a week and currently the only way to transfer platforms is by submitting a ticket. They will need your old player ID # and the last time you logged in to the game on that account and the player ID # of the player on your new device. I also sent them screenshots of my profile that I wanted transferred. I don't know if they needed it but I'm sure it didn't hurt.
