I understand this Raid Boss is an exception, but where are people hitting targets that are Non-LTQ related, for the least amount of energy and the best likelihood of a folder drop?

I've always wanted to know.

I usually farm Air Defense Officer (1x54e/6xp) on Trafficker Base if not doing a LTQ
It seems to have a 80% drop rate
