Conquest points still goofy

So the 213 would have been under 200 without the boost-
Unacceptable -fix the algorithm it is flawed

It seems right because if I remember right which I could very well be wrong hitting anyone under your or at your level is 150+ pts or so I believe. So on that 213 with a 10% it was 191 plus the 21 and some decimal pts or so which they rounded to 213

I am level 161 and I just finished beating down a guy 212. I was getting as high as 550 and as low as 230. Seems the upper and lower bounds for points is incredibly loose. It should be tightened up.
