FLTQ stuck on Masters level 14 anyone else had this?

Our faction has been stuck on level 14 for 13 hours and no matter how many guys kill a target it does not show any progress. Anyone had this before and did gree do anything to help? I have written to gree already, just want to know if anyone else had this problem

This particular problem has surfaced recently.
Much has been said by Gree (and others), to date, I've seen little action and no remedy.

Masters 19/20 on 15 kills tickets sent.... faction very unhappy...
