Yes, Threatening NPCs are from the LTQ

My estimations (according to TheDanimal excel) 53K for indi prestige
turkey shoot was 33K and was with +6 energy temp bonus
But, if you fully prestage you'll need "only" 32K to finish prestige (again - my estimations)
Given it might be 3 days event and you will start this event full - that will leave you with 14 refills needed. given 4 free refills along the way - it will cost - 10 refills "only"
If the prize would be a nice boost - it might be worthy the 200 gold...
