Useless gree, about as much use as a chocolate fireguard

Lost my leader account for my faction over 5 weeks ago
email sent every 3 days to try get back to an account that is in there... and my reply for every ticket is

We have forwarded this to our specialists you will get a reply within 24 hrs

So I resorted to asking admin on forum again with no success

Yup I resorted to trying here too....the results are about as effective as tryin to paddle a cruise ship with a Popsicle stick!

At least you got the standard response....hell I don't even get that "spit in the face"

Maybe this is a stupid question, but have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes Gree emails get sent there for me.

How many times have you gotten the response "Uninstall and re-install the game" to any and every problem you ask GREE'd about??? I've taken to sending reports in with, "Please spare me the rhetorically useless speech of 'Uninstall and Re-install the game instructions!!'. I don't think GREE'd really cares about the quality of their work. :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Actually in the case of failed log ins that might be the wrong thing to do since one of the problems appears to be a problem loading a fresh dataset. This mainly applies to pre IOS 8 devices however we have at least a couple of fellow players with the latest IOS and version of MW and they are still locked out so Gree needs to stop sending out that 'fix' because it could make things worse.
