gree f'ing up more. Use energy from inventory.

Fire all bullets. Select use from inventory. One pack is deducted, but the counter stays at zero.

More busted stuff.

Android, latest version is loaded.

That has been around for some time.
When your stamina gets down to zero a pop-up appears for energy, not stamina. If you accept you just used up a n energy refill even if your bar was full.
So don't push the Okay button.
If you push the stamina bar the correct pop-up will appear and everything functions as it should.

I've done this at least 8 times between my 2 devices before remembering not to do it again.
