well ive nearly finished 13/15 and i used 3.5k energy so seems easy depends on last lvl, dunno if you need to complete beginers to get rewards

Of course not the speed run prize is only for completing elite. I was able to get done with regular only to be disappointed.

The 24 hour LTQ has been on the schedule since the end of the last 73 hour war. It would only have come as a surprise if you don't scroll down on the master plan.

I assume you meant 72 hour war? You should probably make that edit.

I don't even bother with the LTQs anymore. Unless you finish elite (which would require a good amount of gold) it's not worth it anymore.

the war is 73 hours , starts at 11 am PST and ends at noon PSt monday , if u r an EST , it starts at 2 pm friday EST and ends at 3 pm EST monday.

Still not "sensible". Sensible would mean everyone can do it for free if they use their energy wisely, and those who choose to use gold to do it faster (or rank high enough in certain events to earn energy regen mods) get bonus stuff. It seems Gree has the right idea with the speed goals, but their greed will probably prevent them from ever being sensible.
