I am restarting the RR setup and will have strong connections with Top 50 - The Renegade Masters along with other top 30/50 syndicates!

Activity is Key - no minimum IP until a rank is established and targets can then be set.
Most bonuses already unlocked for a good start - all defence and IPH bonuses unlocked along with most attack and IP bonus is at level6.
