View Full Version : Support auto closing request #2075706 before resolved

Need some help. As mentioned, support has now auto closed this request several times. #2075706 is just the latest ticket number.

This is about a first gen iPad1 that since updating to 4.5.2 (the version support said would allow me to log in, but is what caused the mess in the first place) is no longer able to connect.

My last request was what info I need to provide so I can transfer the account to my iPhone 4S, and move my account from the iPhone 4S to the iPad. I've already missed 3-4 events I would have been able to earn rewards in. I really don't want to miss WD too

Welcome to the Gree customer support, why bother helping someone when you can just auto-close your support request, give it two days and they'll send you an email asking you how your non existent support was.. It's a new version of Schrödinger's cat, are they dead or alive inside that box, no way of proving it as they've never been seen.

I've had support requests closed in 17 min without any reply or acknowledgement of any kind.

Op, I suggest not continuing with that request if the 4s is running anything beyond MW 4.4. Putting it onto a 4s will not fix anything.

Maybe we should call them something other than "support". The name doesn't really describe what they do.

I have asked to transfer from iphone 3Gs which has not allowed me to log in for weeks to my ipad but havent heard back for 2 weeks or so now.
