Epic Boss - Scarecrow November 25 - December 1

Its harvest season and the Scarecrow is no exception. This Fire/Wind epic boss is here to take on all challengers during this holiday.

The Scarecrow is here until Monday December 1st. Take him down before he disappears.

His attack seems strong but I prefer more defense than just low 1400.

Is it just me or is this boss ridiculously strong (did they mess with the difficulty of the milestones again)?

I am currently in the top 60, but still busy to only reach Milestone 54, which makes it unlikely that I can reach 60 before the boss disappears (considering friend requirements and energy recovery time). Previously, I've had only 2-3 levels left at that time and was only between rank 80 and 150. So many other players seem to face similar difficulties.

I am okay with gemming for the last milestone (which I am convinced no player can beat without gemming, this level seems to be intentionally locked for regular players who try to play without investing money), but certainly won't for levels before that (as it looks now, I'd probably have to invest 30-50), as the rewards are not really worth that amount of money. :-/ If it goes on like that with future bosses, I will save time & effort & gems for any levels before that, as aiming for stage 60 would then be pointless without stupid gemming (instead of 'smart' one :rolleyes:).

While I'm at it, may I reiterate the suggestion to Gree I have read somewhere else in this forum to do something about friend availability. With the new heroic mode, many players will have to decide whether to prioritize Heroic mode or Epic Boss battles, as their friends would be too busy from the 2nd or 3rd day of the epic boss event. But then, maybe this is intentional. At least with the current Heroic epic, I'd be fine with 1 week less of the Heroic event, but therefore up to 20 friends per day or whatever.

The ingame update just changed the elements of the boss from fire/air to fire/water...... on the last day even.... REALLY?

I am on Android with the most recent update from the Play Store. Is this from IOS?

They realised that the nemises armor was really weak against the boss as that armor was water yet the boss was fire/air. So they had to change it.
The craftable armor is still fire/air.

Yes it was IOS..... they updated again about an hour later and fixed it.
