Does anyone know if you only get the reward for your tier in both Indy and Faction. Normally it states this but not this time.

The last few events have given faction rewards for your tier and down, but indy rewards for only your tier, even though in-game still say's your tier only for both.

Its allways been from your teir down, if gree changed it then its just another reason why so many people are quitting this game

False. It has not always been that way. That is only a recent change.
