Tadaah,Clementine I Have sent both you a PM Regarding Faction Leader Lost Game when he needed to reset Device and Cloud Back up Didnt Work!!
He has sent numerous tickets and it's been over a week now,tickets UNASSIGNED??
Is it really that hard to restore a game back onto the device it was on?
Why do tickets get ignored?
Ticket#203804 any chance someone could actually address this ticket?
Customer Service like this has The Leader and many long term PAYING Customers considering quitting this game.
A reply would be appreciated whether you can help with this issue or not.

Even Gree's ZenDesk Tool is glitched, yes, ZenDesk is glitched, or so some say!

Hobbs and Ru-toon, it does look like the agents are the last to respond on those tickets. If you did reply, please pm me some screenshots. Thanks.

I'm in the same boat, tickets closed with no resolution or just sitting as assigned for ages with no movement

I think I currently have 2-3 tickets where I was told an escalation specialist would get to me as soon as possible. And it's been like a month now. I have probably 2-3 other tickets that only have the auto reply message as a response. And I need to generate 2 more tickets for my iPad account that I can no longer access because I updated to the most current client version which is the most unstable client to date and crashes on the loading splash screen. 1 ticket for the crashing and a 2nd ticket for lost energy from completing a FLTQ goal, game crashing, and upon reloading all consumed energy was gone and credit had been removed for completion of the FLTQ goal.

I cant get in game at all with my ipad. Gree's update screwed so many of us. Its ashame that every event has problems and now some cant play at all. This was a great game....untill gree got thier hands on it

I just looked and figured this thread needed a Bump - I have a ticket supposedly sent to a "Modern War Player Experience Specialists" 20 days ago. Still no reply on it. And that's my newest of the several still sitting with Specialists of one sort or another.
