I'm so pumped up for the new LTB! I was hoping it would be out today, but probably will be released tomorrow around 4:00PM Central time, I hope. Any insider info on it? I hope it's as good as Diamond Grillz.

Here is hoping for a expensive buy and a decent collection ideally 24 or 12hr
Wouldn't mind the rewards to boost your defence which lags compared to attack

Defense mod is the last thing i'd want. I can't think of anything more useless. Building output is nice but i'd prefer upgrade time reduction.

At first I though it was 10% for each level upgraded. Man that would of been crazy

The mod will be divided equally throughout the 10 levels. If we get that mod.

Unless they come up with new uses for cash what would be the point of increased building output?

True that. Building IPH for mooches to rob is one of my favorite things about this game anymore.

Everything you post in this forum is heavily biased to your own situation and is of little or no relevance to the majority of players.

Considering heavy gold users and people with an IPH like yours are a minority in this game, I think the average player still has plenty of uses for cash. Syndicate bonuses are not cheap and require a full team effort to max out (finishing 6/10 to 10/10 on all bonuses totals close to $1 trillion), the amount of cash required to max out on the most powerful/expensive store items I guesstimate to be somewhere around $100 billion, not every LTB is cheap, and the upgrades on any decent LTB will run the average player several billion if they want to upgrade it all the way.

Increased building output would be a fantastic mod to have attached to LTB prizes. In my opinion, anything to do with building output, upgrade time, or upgrade cost would be perfect mods for LTB prizes. They certainly aren't any less useful than attack and/or defence mods.

Sorry my perspective is the only position that I can tender an opinion from adequately.

Regardless, I remember it was just a few short months ago that there were numerous threads calling for updates to be made to purchasable items in the store. And if the issue is not addressed I believe it will be a short time before these threads start to creep back onto the board. While the syndicate bonuses are not inexpensive they are also not limitless and syndicates are indeed starting to finish them.
So why not ask gree to start to address the impending issue sooner as opposed to later. Roll out better items in the store, both cash buildings and weapons. Make iph relevant in events such as street assault and ltbs. Reward people that have built their iph or who have cash reserves.

6 hour cycle, defence mod on the prize.

That's three piece of crap buildings in a row. Again. I guess Gree's plan is to only make every fourth LTB something nice that actually creates a point to building a decent IPH.

I used to think building up your IPH was pointless in this game.. so I had a good 20k IPH upon joining my current syn, but other than syn bonuses, which my syn has maxed out, we use them to buy bricks and even buy wins during SA when we go for steaks. Also, if you like building up your stats the LTB's give decent mods so the more you can afford the bigger a mod you can recieve.. like in my case, when they first came out with the snack attack I could only buy it.. last LTB the underground casino I could bring it up to L5

You buy wins in street assault? Seriously?

And I understand what you are saying but shortly if you continue to build iph you will find that you have extra cash especially if your bonuses are maxed.

The last two are quite ugly to look at, are often robbed before they can be collected, as you said, due to output cycle, and the cost of upgrades for a building so easy to rob was pretty ridiculous.

At least this building makes the 6 hour cycle a little more worthwhile again, but it's yet another that will be robbed often and paying the upgrades on a building you won't get the maximum benefit from just sucks.

Of course you'll love it though. It will probably cut the time you spend refreshing the rivals list each day by several minutes. :p

Only heavy gold users at this point have no use for the best store items. Everyone else can still make good use of them if they can afford them.

Good for you. As stated earlier, the majority of people do not have anywhere close to your IPH and cannot afford to just max the store items whenever they feel like it. If I were a gambler, I'd bet the store items get updated before most people can afford to max out on the best ones currently available.

Just because you maxed on them doesn't mean you do not benefit from them. It means you have as many as you can use. Nothing more, nothing less. The cash you spent on them will still have been put to good use until all of those items become obsolete, and I'd bet the farm you still use at least 100 of each. Probably even more than that, as I have several acquaintances in the 300m-400m stats range who have told me they could still use anywhere from 100-250 of each of the best store items.

This shouldn't have to be told to anyone who has played enough to reach level 133, but here goes. You can use 5 mafia per level up to a maximum of 500 mafia at level 100. Each mafia member can use up to 5 items, one from each item category. You can have an infinite number of any item, but you can only use a maximum number of any one item.

And you'll never earn enough RP to max out on those items, so the cash items are still of value.

I like the building. It's not a recycled one. It looks like an old western saloon. Nice theme with the U.S. Thanksgiving plus a fine reference to the adult beverage of the same name. Also ltbs are the cheapest way to increase attack and defense strength without adding any exp. Nice job on this one.

Plus`s for me is its small , relatively cheap to build and upgrade , its small and looks ok .

Downside for me - someone posting a thread about it before its even released . Its the one thing besides war that I actually look forward to , the surprise on Wednesday or Thursday of what building will be released . If you know ahead of time , good for you , but please keep the information to yourself in future .

Like the building. Love the 6 hour cycle. Wish it was a tad more expensive but I'm happy it's at least affordable to players with even lower iph than mine. Gives them a chance to grow theirs as well. The Q&A thread from a few weeks ago stated something about new items coming soon for long time players, so maybe those people will get some happiness there.

Evan I'm very much like you...similar IPH (just under 4 and growing). This is the exact type of LTB that allows me to increase my IPH, which will in turn allow me to contribute more to syn bonuses, and participate more in SA events.

Good for you. As stated earlier, the majority of people do not have anywhere close to your IPH and cannot afford to just max the store items whenever they feel like it.

I'm with Drake on this one. IPH evolved GREATLY in the last year. My rivals list is full of people from 70m to 160m income. I rarely see anyone below 50m IPH.

As an interesting example: when the Fine Gems were released (90m building) i had 14m IPH. Now i'm at 80m, and they still keep releasing the same price range, even lower. There's 0 challenge in these releases for A LOT of people.

Green Drake
11-21-2014, 07:43 AM
There is zero challenge for a lot of people and that number is growing significantly daily. The benefits to having large iph (or cash) are slowly being eroded away because we have no avenue to spend the cash. Those that are not seeing it yet will eventually and then the threads will become common once again asking for updates to stores etc.
