We have consistently finished in top 200-300 for several wars in a row. We have places that need to be filled. No gold requirement. (although we don't discourage it) Friendly, fun loving players. Only requirements are to donate regularly (we don't set a minimum as long as it comes in regularly), and participate in syndicate goals. We also like our members to communicate well, as we have learned that this is key to success in this game. We also have an organized, effective battle plan. Be sure to ask to have it explained before the next war.
