Transfering my crime sity account

I had to replace my sim card and reset my phone how do I get my account back on the phone the transfer option wont let me. And they are taking long on my ticket.

You have to provide all the information they need on your ticket. Reply to that email again with your account name, level, last login time, how much gold you have, attach your last gold receipt or the date of your last gold purchase and amount, player invite code. The faster you send all of that the quicker the process is. Also they may need to know the phone types
