I had a feeling when normal attacks and raids were very slow since update, that war was not going to go well.

based on what I've seen thus far, who wins is determined by equipment attack and defense and not overall attack and defense. That is only based on about 20 battles but it seems like one heck of a coincidence.

My mini has 543m attack with a +53% conquest attack, so that would be 830m attack. He just lost 3 times to someone with 238m defense.

what is going on? We've made posts and tickets about this since the data push a couple of days ago. But no response. I know there's a lot going on right now, but peeps who have spent money on this game improving their stats are now finding those stats are worthless. You will lose these spenders if this isn't fixed.

This is BIG. The attacks are not working! If you lost when hitting someone 500m below you, how can you war.

This is the same issue that we saw yesterday - The PvP numbers don't work. I've no interest in spending money to lose battles that I should win.

Taaaadah, please give this feedback to the game designers! Are you out of your (self edited)..... um Minds!!!! So let me get this straight. I work incredibly hard to build up an ID that does over 1.2B in attack. I am now regularly loosing to people less than half my stats. Why? because they have better unit Equipment (people with over 120K versus my 20K) and a tad better on the Hero Equipment stat. WAY TO WIN OVER THE HEARTS AND MINDS OF KA COMMUNITY. Why should I spend another dollar on this game.

ISSUES 1: WHERE THE HECK IS MY ATTACK BONUSES (CP BONUS AND CP ATTACK). lots of awards this past cycle were temp bonuses to help in this war. That is called a bait and switch.

ISSUE 2: WHERE THE HECK ARE MY ALLY BONUSES? I have a +13 alliance and -4 to my opponent and they are gone now too.

ISSUE 3: WTH... WTH... WTH... I LOSE TO PLAYER 1/4 OF MY STATS. WITH LESS HERO EQUIP BUT THEY HAVE BETTER EQUIPMENT BONUS. According to your own write-up, most heavily weighted is my attack stat (lies). Then you say if you win 2 out of 3 categories you will win (lies).

ISSUE 4: YOU HAVE DESTROYED THE THING THAT WAS MOST FUN AND THE LAST TRUE TEAM EVENT IN KA. Each attack takes upwards of 30 seconds to register. We are all just blindly hitting. All the hard word we have put in to create out IDs is just out the window.

We have seen this too . My mini is 30 mil and beat someone who was 90 mil- the difference was my equipment and hero attack were higher - won every time

Boycott is pointless if you can't get in game or if everybody is already quitting because of the poor mismanagement of game updates.

Is it me or is collecting money from your buildings getting so slow? I already sold a building because of the lag. With quick tapping buildings you miss-tap or something because of the lag.

And i had to fill my inventory with a few hundred armor pieces. Takes about 3 seconds per piece bought..

I have had two gemmers tell me overnight that this would be their last war. They spent tons of real money and now see a major level setting going on devalueing the money they have spent. Worse they need to do dumb things like buy 1500 shoes. The game has so much lag I accidentally spent 240 gems trying to buy shoes myself (1500 is a lot!). Jo customer comms, no thought to the money we have invested. No thought that maybe roll this out slowly and give time to adjust instead of having players wither quit or go crazy trying to catch up at once. This is the worst software debacle I have ever seen in any industry.

An other stupid thing is that the stats of the players are no longer in million. This improvement is lost.

Thank you, I would not have noticed again till it was too late. This is the 2nd time data useage has skyrocketed, took them ages to fix it the first time. Last time cost me $100s to my isp, for their mistake. 400meg used since the update.(with work I am not logged in much.)

I dont know if this has been reported but i had to change my hero's armor to a different one after the update because my hero lost his pants and got bald lol. Now i have to change to an armor which is not really nice looking. I think now there are lots more armor with visual bugs ie: no hair, no pants, no shirt

Doesn't matter what you have the checkbox set to. No matter what, anytime I buy an item it is automatically equipped no matter what it's stats are.

I don't know where else to put this, so I'm posting it here.

I just read through yesterday's AMA (what does AMA stand for anyway?) and thank the Gree staff for holding it. But every question asked, and every issue pointed out, had already been posted elsewhere in the forum. We didn't need an AMA, in my opinion. Rather, we needed Gree staff to go through all the existing comments and summarize the main issues (because the same issues are brought up by different people), create FAQs based on the issues, and then answer them.

I would hope that Gree staff regularly read posts in this forum. We shouldn't have to wait for an AMA to get answers. Someone suggested posting FAQs and then holding an AMA afterward to clarify any of the answers, if needed. This is a great idea. We've done this kind of thing at my work, and it's really useful.

I'm not getting gold part of prize with either account. Few others who are not USA the same. Anyone else not reading the forums?

Lucky, no one I know has recived any gold, says its part of the reward, but it's a display glitch, no gold awarded
And was confirmed as a display glitch by derez from gree's development team in the ama the other day.

Yes, the lag is terrible! I accidentally sold a building the other day, and Carmen replied that "but we are not able to provide restoration of sold buildings. Please note that there is a confirmation button in the game to prevent such accidental actions from occurring, where an additional tap is required before the building will be sold."

The problem is that with the lag, the building was sold before I could see any confirmation button. And this was a LTB, so I can't even buy it again.

LAG, This has happen to myself a couple times (lucky wasn't Maxed buildings) An idea on the confirmation button is to move the button off center and off to 1 corner. this would greatly prevent this problem.

I am in total agreement, spent gems on a stupid crate that the top reward isn't even my lowest unit due to a frozen screen for like 3 minutes. It takes my iPhone 4 at least 4 minutes now to load the game, when I go to pick maps it takes about 30 seconds to load the screens to choose, to check profile, 30 seconds, to buy weapons, I won't even go there. Even hitting mobs and watching the animation is a pain, takes half an hour to beat down the bigger ones just from the lag. We really didn't need a graphics update, yeah the mobs look better since 2 updates ago, but I could care less. Maps are just one lil screen anyway. I also lose about 4 percent battery every time I load in, I can buy 50 boots before it lags so bad I cant stand it, then 4 minutes and 4 more percent battery to reload. And by all means we do not need a moveable background on bosses, that just makes more lag and makes me sick to to look at to be honest with the background moving around. Please before any more updates, work on the lag, give us an option to turn down the graphics just like we can turn off the weather which does help some. I have every option off and lag is crazy. I already upgraded my old ipod since I was told it wouldn't work anymore after update (it does btw, loads faster than the iPhone 4 and its a 4th gen stuck on ios 6. It however does crash trying to do trials, cant even hit something 3 times w/o being told I am out of sync, and won't even log into certain maps.

I agree, it is unacceptable to refuse to restore a building because they put a confirmation button. Make it a setting to enable sell mode. No one wants to sell building anymore. It's only use was when you sold your manors to upgrade to BD10 for dragons when the vault was 330,000. Why can't it be done? Why, why, why?
