Lost account due to a Apple hardware issue Apple restored my phone software and firmware it's been 3 days no answer I need my account back this isn't very good customer svc !!!

Unless your buying gree employee's a vacation home you can expect to wait anywhere between 3 weeks and never to have your problem fixed.

Actually I have been shafted by gree for 3yrs no noob here guess I'm really the dummy for that if it wasn't for faction friends I would have quit long ago so GREE stop shafting me and restore my account oh and btw stop send surveys and Rb issue responses to my tickets

Wondering if you've had any luck getting your account back? I'm in a similar situation, I sent tickets in but haven't gotten anything but automated responses. At this point I'm almost ready to just give up and email Apple

Absolutely not its been 4 days now since I sent my first of 38 tickets I know ppl can say what they want this game is a hobby and ppl do spend money on hobbies it obvious that our money spent isn't going to customer svc and programming lol

You deserve not to be served. All those exclamation marks. Indicate no paitence, refrain from anger short tempered man.. Remain calm and wait until gree are able to assist you.

After days of waiting I final got a response to my request tickets. . . .

Sadly, it had nothing to do with the fact that I was requesting to have my account restored and only told me to make sure I update to the newest version to get iOS fixes, great job driving away a paying customer Gree

I'm Leader to my faction and can't get a response to a simple account transfer request...5 days now....so no promotions, no boost purchases, no kicks, no walls, no raid boss INDY, no FLTQ, no LTQ, no collecting cash, no spending gold. Thank goodness the chat companies no how to operate...so we wait.

you really are not patient, but i must admit your hard work here, but shouting here really wont help you i'm guessing.

Try to be short in your tickets and adress only that what you want to be fixed.

Supposedly sent to a "specialist" I just figure posting on here would be a attempt to see if others had a issue as well clearly nothing helps the process they are very slow Apple responds in 24hours roughly and I bet Apple has more customers if not more than gree

I've been at over two days now with my ticket showing assigned but no response yet. I guess that's better than my requests getting auto closed as "resolved" right away though

I've been waiting for over a month and can't get a response. Ticket was escalated to a specialist 2-3 weeks ago and message e sent to clementine, answered 4 days later as to which game I was speaking of, 4 days later no further response

Has anyone gotten their issues resolved yet? I got one response asking for gold purchase info that I had already provided earlier and haven't heard back since.

Good luck getting a reply before March 2015.

I have 4 open escalated tickets. The most recent one was escalated 22 days ago and still doesn't have a reply. The oldest is 2-3 months old and also doesn't have any replies.

Bast ards never helped me and I lost over 55k gold after a update because of there stupidity, wait I was the stupid one for spending on a game that used to be fun now it's like a freaking job I dislike!

Well they closed my latest ticket saying they moved my account over, but still don't have access to my hlp, looks like at least another 2 week wait for me
