Mechanical Wrenches 8/10 2 more to go

12 boxes later got 1 wrench but it still stated 8/10, ignores it. Happens again for a second time, ignores it......
Wait what this is an actual glitch?

Dude. I felt for this! I had 9 wrenches and spent 2300 and didnt get one stinking wrench!
