Crafting material all gone

My crafting material gone, all the crates I have opened there nothing there anymore.Gree have we lost it or will we get it back?

Is anyone else experiencing this? You may need to put in a ticket, so they can look into the account.

I have 3 unopened crates in my special inventory. Idk if I'm missing any.
Edit to include: my other acct has 6 unopened crates.

Anyway crates or crafting materials can be taken during PvP?

It not the crates that are missing they fine.it is when you open them they are suppose to go to your loot tab but nothing there anymore.

Oh... hopefully it's just a server thing and when you reload your items will be back.

Me too. I have a couple crates, but have lost all of the loot associated with having opened the crates.

Materials never showed up in the inventory as far as I know. You open the crates and the materials go to an invisible bag in limbo, I assume.

It doesn't seem to matter whether you update or not. The bugs are in the server code, not the app code. Some people randomly seem unaffected by the bug, though, regardless of whether they update or not. Lucky them.
